How it works

Deploy the server
Set up Supabase for the database and Fly.io for hosting. Run the deploy workflow to push migrations and update the server.

Add Protocol as a connector in Claude.ai or any MCP-compatible client. Authenticate with your Google account.

Run the onboarding prompt to fill in your health profile, preferences, and supplement history through a guided conversation.
